Metal Roofs

a) Remove rust; b) Apply Anti-Corrosive Metal Primer; c) Secure all roofsrews or replace;       d) Rivet all overlaps together; e) Seal all ridges, flashings, overlaps and roofscrews with     the Acrylic Waterproofing System :

1) Adhesion coat

2) Polyester membrane

3) Saturation coat

4) Top coat

f) Paint complete roof with a Super Acrylic roof paint or Bituminous Aluminum paint for protection.

Guarantee: Ten years if not close to acid fall out.

Concrete Roofs

a) We evaluate the existing system and decide whether to remove, rejuvenate or apply over the existing system.

b) Two systems are mainly used, a " Torch on" or a Bitumen Emulsion waterproofing system reinforced with Polyester membrane.

c) All waterproofing are painted over for protection.

Both these systems carry a ten year guarantee with maintenance coats to be applied after every three years.

Tiled Roofs

a) Remove broken tiles and replace.

b) Wash roof.

c) Seal ridge, valley, flashings and where necessary with the Acrylic Waterproofing system as in the metal roof spec.

d) Spray or paint by brush with Super Acrylic roof paint.

Guarantee: Ten years if not close to acid fall out.

Submerged Areas

E.g.: Undertile or Basements.

Indextene or rubberized bitumen emulsion waterproofing system or other advanced products are used as per manufacturer's specification.
